1. Booking Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
- A valid driver's license is required at the time of pickup.
- Payment must be made at least half of the rental price upfront to confirm your booking.
2. Payment Policy
- A minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pickup.
- Accepted payment methods: GCash, Bank Transfer, PayPal.
- All payments are non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled by the host.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the rental start date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 3-7 days before the rental start date.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental start date.
- The host reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of vehicle unavailability.
4. Vehicle Use
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given by the host.
- The vehicle must not be driven outside of Palawan without permission.
5. Damage and Liability
- Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
- A security deposit may be required at the time of pickup.
- Traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
- The renter must report any accidents or damages immediately.
6. Insurance
- Basic insurance is included in the rental price.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage is available at an additional fee.
- Insurance does not cover damages caused by negligence or violation of terms.
7. Late Returns
- A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for late returns.
- Late returns beyond the grace period will be charged an additional day's rate.
- Failure to return the vehicle within 24 hours of the agreed time may be reported as theft.

9. Agreement
Prepare 2 valid IDs for contract signing.
By making a booking with RENT2ride, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
